What is TRUE ONLINE scheduling? It is a scheduling system that allows the client to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments WITHOUT requiring confirmation from the person being scheduled. PicAppoint has devised a system that ensures each photographer is available and can make it to that appointment on time. We do this using several pieces of information given to us by each individual photographer. As the photographer you determine your own schedule, the area you service, the Realtors you work for, the number of appointments you perform per day and the max distance you are willing to travel between each appointment. This is a powerful way to empower your clients AND reduce the stresses related to scheduling.
